Cardiovascular Technologist Registered (Cath Lab Tech)
Required:
- Graduate of accredited associate or baccalaureate academic program in health science (includes, but not limited to, radiologic technology, respiratory therapy, cardiopulmonary technology, cardiovascular technology).*
- Minimum of three years of current allied health experience in an acute care setting with cardiac catherization or special procedures experience.
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification as Healthcare Provider.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months.
