Required:
⦁ One year of customer service experience. 
⦁ Two years of Healthcare experience as a nurse, pharmacy technician or biller.
⦁ Current working knowledge of the infusion industry, including drugs used, access types and common disease states encountered.
⦁ Ability to work well with staff and the public, make sound judgments and maintain confidentiality.
⦁ Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
⦁ Must be able to work independently
⦁ Must be able to multitask in a stressful environment.
⦁ Must be organized and have attention to detail.
⦁ Basic computer skills.
⦁ Valid Driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
 
 
Preferred:  
⦁ Typing speed of 35-40 wpm.
⦁ Medical terminology background.
⦁ Pharmacy or home infusion billing experience including verification and authorization.
⦁ Experience with USP 747 guidelines.
