Manager Human Resources
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.
- Five years of complex HR experience with at least one year of leadership experience such as project lead, team lead, etc.
Preferred:
- Labor Relations experience
- Supervisory experience in health care industry.
- SPHR or PHR certification
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be proficient in wage/salary administration, benefits, and labor contract administration.
- Demonstrates ability to guide/counsel others.
- Ability to facilitate the development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
