Manager, Patient Safety & Clinical Risk
- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare field
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) or other Patient Safety training/certification desired (CPPS, IHI Executive Development) within 6 months of hire
- Minimum of five years of healthcare experience, preferably in a risk and patient safety management role.
- Current Michigan Driver's license and proof of valid automobile insurance.
Current Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) or other Patient Safety training/certification desired (CPPS, IHI Executive Development).
Clinical Bachelor’s Degree
