Position Summary:
Responsible for the strategic oversight, planning, coordination, and execution of all Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) programs and quality improvement initiative at McLaren Health Plan. This is inclusive of other quality data measure sets and member survey administrations, as applicable. Ensures compliance with quality measure specifications and audit requirements, manages performance measurement across all lines of business, drives measurable improvement, coordinates annual compliance audits, oversees vendor relationships, and administers quality-based incentive programs.
This position is a hybrid position with requirements to come onsite as scheduled, Flint, MI.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a health care or business-related field
- Five (5) years’ experience performing quality management activities in a managed care organization, including HEDIS, NCQA, including at least two (2) years’ experience in a management role with direct reports, leading or assisting in all phases of effective supervision (i.e. Recruitment, performance management, training).
Preferred:
- Five (5) years' progressive experience in a leadership role in group health plan operations.
- Two (2) years’ HEDIS oversight, CAHPS oversight, and/or NCQA Accrediation oversight within a health plan setting.
- Valid State of Michigan Nursing license and/or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
