Nurse Assistant - Geriatric Psychiatry
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Formal education or training in a medical careers program OR enrollment in nursing school OR two or more years’ experience in a Patient Care Associate/Nurse Assistant role
- Experience working in Long Term Care, Memory or Alzheimers Care, or Geriatric Psych unit.
- Formal education or training in a medical careers program or enrollment in nursing school
- BLS card from AHA required before start date (valid at least 60 days beyond start date).
Preferred:
- One year of prior work experience in patient-care environment
- CNA Certification
- Basic EMT Certification
