Painter Senior
Qualifications:
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of Painter and Decorator Apprenticeship Program or equivalent (a minimum of four years of full time experience in the painting trade under a journey level painter) and two years as journey level painter. This requirement is waived for those in this position on August 26, 2013.
• Eight years in construction or mechanics trades or equivalent.
• Valid State of Michigan driver’s license and copy of current driving record. The record must be within the approved regulations when compared to MGL insurance company’s regulations.
Preferred:
• Variety of skills that includes: brazing, welding, energy management systems, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical.
