Qualifications:
Required:
- Associate Degree in Health Care or a current Certifications in a recognized two-year health care program related to physician practice and clinical support operations.
- Three (3) years of hands on outpatient office or ambulatory care experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a medical or health related field.
- RN with a valid unrestrictive Michigan license.
- Patient Centered Medical Home champion in a practice or plan setting.
