Registered Nurse - Telemetry
Responsibilities:
- Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
- Provides professional direct and indirect patient care in the medical-surgical telemetry setting
- Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
- Assesses patient condition using vital signs, test results, cardiac monitoring, etc.
- Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment, and professional development.
Required:
- Associates degree from an accredited Nursing program
- Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license
- BLS certification
Preferred:
- ACLS Certification
- Bachelors in Nursing
- Previous experience in acute care center
- Telemetry experience
- Completed and certified (up to date) in Basic Arrhythmia
