Supervisor Security K9
Qualifications:
Required:
· Associates degree in Criminal Justice, Security Administration, or related field.
· One year of prior work experience in a hospital security department.
· One year hospital K9 Handler experience.
· Must be suitable to carry firearm.
· Must possess valid Michigan Driver’s License and be insurable under the hospital insurance program
Preferred:
· Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Administration, or related field.
· Three years of hospital security supervisory experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Ability to verbally de-escalate and physically manage violent patients-required
· Must be insurable under the hospital’s fleet insurance and have a valid Michigan driver’s license-required
